With reference to Appendix III Colonial Defence Committee's Memorandum enclosed in Secret Circular despatch May 30th Proclamation has been issued under Section 8 Customs and Inland Revenue Act 1879 with the following aduitions to list of prohibited goods "Chrome" and "Ferrochrome".
