With reference to Appendix III Colonial Defence Committee's Memorandum enclosed in Secret Circular despatch May 30th Proclamation has been issued under Section 8 Customs and Inland Revenue Act 1879 with the following aduitions to list of prohibited goods "Chrome" and "Ferrochrome". Copper ore or un- wrought all kinds. Cotton suitable for use in the manufacture of explosives. Julminate of mercury. Nickel anu ferro-nickel. Blast furnace oil. Fuel oil suale. Mineral lubricating Oil. Silk-cloth, silk-braid, silk-thread suitable for cartridges. Surgical dress- ings and bandages. Zinc. Also insert after "cartridges" word
